I thought it would be too costly to buy for a Cell Camera. But you don't need many megabytes for a Cellular Camera. So don't pay too much!

I have an RV, and don't want to continuously pay for cell service connected to the installed router, and this is a great solution for that. The only issue I found was that I could not stop this card from tunneling all data through Europe. Being physically located in the USA, this creates additional latency. It's not bad, and certainly works, but it is something to keep in mind.

The speed is probably fine if you use it in Belgium. All traffic is tunneled back through Brussels, Belgium. Yes, it uses the cell carriers in the US, but because it is send back through Belgium, the speed and especially the latency suffer greatly. So, every web site thinks you are in Belgium and may try to provide you the Belgium focused page vs the US based page or whatever country you actually live in.

I got this SIM card for a quick trip to the US. It worked for a few hours but then reception then became spotty or non existent. It then started working again. In the end I just went and got a SIM card from the phone store so I could reliably communicate.
