This electric bike pakage was delivered quickly. It is easy to assemble using the tools. The size of this bike is bigger than I expected, and it is good for my family. There are several different speeds you can choose to ride, and you can check the details of the riding and battery from the display. The battery is a little heavy but it exhibits strong capability to ride at high speed and long distance. More importantly, you can ride the bike by yourself without any electricity left, which means you don't have to worry about the battery. It is a good electric bike.

This electric bike is high build quality, super fun and smooth the ride, easy to assemble, good speed hit the 20mph easy with barely any effort, and is cheap compared to other one in the market

Great bike and I love it. The battery life is impressive as well as the range it has to offer. The only thing that I can really say is that the seat is not as comfortable as I would like. The high step can be a challenge although it does make the appearance of the bike sharp and a (men’s style). Overall a great purchase!Assembly was actually pretty easy when you find the correct video online. Such a smooth ride and everything is very easy to use! We have two and are so happy about the purchases.

Right out of the box, the bike has a poor finish. There are rough rubber edges on the tires, the plastic is not evenly molded on the bumpers, the disc brakes are not calibrated resulting in constant rubbing during normal riding, and the deraileur is also not properly calibrated so gears do not change smoothly. The battery meter does not accurately reflect how much power is remaining so you could have 2 bars left that drops to zero in just a few "miles". The odometer is also inaccurate, reflecting a much higher number than actually ridden. It is a comfortable bike to sit on, the grips and seat feel good and it has good acceleration. I am 6ft1, 190lbs and it has no problem getting to 22mph. I would keep the bike but the materials are so questionable that the tire gave out after my first ride (as opposed to my other bikes which take years to develop those). I haven't heard back from customer support so I do not want to continue using this product.
