60 MINUTES TIMER
- Rotate the timer dial to the desired time.
- When the desired time or desired temperature reaches,there will be a “DING” sound to remind you and the fryer will cutoff power automatically
- TIPS: the green button is the timer switch
- Use the timer function: Open the green button + Turn the timer knob
- Without timer function: Close the green button + Set the temp knob to 0
RESET BUTTON & OVERHEAT PROTECTION
- All EGGKITPO deep fryers have a built-in thermal cut-off device that will shut-off the fryers automatically to avoid overheating
- If you find the fryer not working properly, please try to find the reset button and remove the black switch cover and press the reset button down and place the switch cover back on and secure by screwing clockwise.
- Tips：When you put in the solid oil to heat up, to avoid the fryer not working due to the dry burn of the heating tube, you can put some liquid oil over the heater first, or melt the solid oil with low temperature first, then raise it to the cooking temperature.
10L (10.5QT) LARGE OIL TANK
- The tank has a capacity of 10L (10.5QT) and comes with a carrying handle on the edge.

I caught this fryer when it was on sale and I’m soooo glad I bought it. It works great, heats up fast and cooks perfectly! I’ve had it for over 6 months and it works just as good as day 1!

Priced right and works flawlessly. Heats up relatively quickly. Only knock would be the lack of a valve to drain the oil but I would definitely recommend this unit!

Don't put too much in 😂 Made the mistake of filling it 3/4ths the way up and it overflows with just 6 frozen wings. Cooks everything perfectly though, just have to monitor it. Also, your entire kitchen will smell like mcdonald's. Timer works great and it heats up pretty fast. Cleaning it is annoying but that's with anything that uses oil. The lid definitely helps prevent splashing oil. Could probably cook about 20 wings at once if you tried

Love the temperature control and the timer. Beyond that it’s just a good little fryer for the money and it’s pretty easy to clean up. I would buy this again.

Purchased to use for an associate event. Made fried dough and French fries in it. It cooked everything to perfection. Heated up quickly, it was efficient and everything we put in it was perfect crisp outside and soft inside. Sooo worth the money!
