I love using this thing! It's super powerful and built solid! I use the smaller 2 Amp Dewalt battery to keep it light! Cool display counts up how many cuts you do, also easy adjustment for max opening. It times out and goes to sleep, then pull the trigger 3 times and it wakes up! Not sure why Amazon discouraged me for making the purchase it said it was a frequently returned item. No idea why this thing is great and even comes with an extra set of blades!

If your on the fence, BUY IT!!! I wished I would have bought these Years ago. Dewalt batteries work fine on these.I have nothing bad to say about these other then I don't think they would really cut most of the 2" branches.

The battery packs are very difficult to attach and detach from the tool. The same packs slide onto the charger easily. The trigger safety interlock is difficult to press. Otherwise nice tool.

While I don’t know about other brands of electric clippers, I do know this pair is amazing. I’ve for sure put them through the test and I’m thoroughly impressed. Battery life is impressive, i might add. The power is spot in and make light work of just about anything that will fit in the jaws. Super sharp and even came with an extra set of blades. I started with my biggest battery, thinking it would need the “rangeâ€, but now run my smallest and still plenty of run-time; in fact, pruning several hours and no sign needing a charge.

My wife loves to garden but she is getting older and can't us the loppers like she used to. This works perfectly for her. Light weight and easy to use. My Dewalt batteries fit and this will run longer than my wife.
