Bought the breast shields to have an extra one on hand. I pump multiple times a day. The breast pump works great and so convenient to pump any where.

I have smaller nipples (actual measurement of nipple was 15mm diameter while pregnant before breastfeeding, they're bigger now like 19mm actual size... another weird body change due to breastfeeding) than the flanges that come with the elvie (24mm & 28 mm). I can actually use the 24mm flange with the BeauGen Cushion, but having extra parts to wash and replace is annoying. I bought two pairs of the 21mm flanges and they work great. I work with a bunch of men in a trailer at work without potable water. These and all the elvie parts are easy to clean in a microwavable steam bag.For those future mothers looking at getting an elvie pump I would highly recommend it, especially if you work. My son was born at 35 weeks and I had only 6 weeks off. He was always able to latch, but lacked the stamina to drink for any real length of time so I've been pumping since the beginning. I've been using the elvie pump exclusively, I also have an ameda maya pump free from insurance, I hate it - it's all cons compared to the elvie: loud, tubes & containers everywhere, no difference in milk collected, you can't do anything like wash dishes/hold baby/etc.

For such an expensive product, deforms easily despite following manufacturers’ recommendations for sterilization. I was just past the 30 days, so could not return and Elvie directly will not insure this as they are not affiliated with this Amazon store. Unfortunately there is no way to get in contact with seller to fix this. Prior to the deformation worked well but not sterilizing ever is not a great option

Both shields arrived bent and will not work on the pumps. I’m being told I cannot return the items even though I bought them yesterday. Do not buy

Zuerst dachte ich, dass sie sehr "hart" und damit bestimmt unangenehm sind. Aber das sind sie nicht. Die Hauben sind perfekt für die Elvie Pumpe. Zudem sehr leicht die Größe abzuschätzen aufgrund der Markierung. Das ist bei Medela zB schwieriger
