When I purchased my house, I couldn't understand why the previous homeowner didnt' replace the old light fixtures. They were small, square, old, rusted and full of spider webs from 20+ years of use. :SWanting to change the curb apparel, I decided to find replacements to give my place a much needed update. Initially I was hoping to find something affordable from Costco, but they were out of all outdoor lights! But I wasn't concern because I know I can find something decent from Amazon!My must have is:1. Light weight2. Classic looking (so it doesn't look outdated in a few years)3. Won't rust/breakThis light fixture seem to fit the bill! The whole thing is light weight, but the plastic was build pretty sturdy. Some reviewers mentioned it feels cheap, but you don't carry your outdoor light around you, whey would you care if it's light/heavy weight as long as it's sturdy?The orientation of the light is flexible, so you can point it up or down. Whatever you think suit the situation/the look of the house. The design is classic enough to fit almost any style, I think.I installed LED bulbs with light sensors for automatic night time lighting. SO far this combo works very well, and I can't be happier with both products.PS. Many friends dropped by and compliment the light. They said it looked just like theirs but they experience some spider web/broken glass issue. When I told them it's built in plastic and cost me very little, they just couldn't believe it!Overall, I 'd recommend the light to anyone who wants something light, looking nice and shatter proof.

Sturdy, lightweight, easy to install and most of all they look very elegant. They are water tight and no big will get in. I bought a longer LED bulb that’s simulate the filament of and incandescent one. Overall and excellent purchase.

These lights replaced some older metal lights that were discolored and fading. Fairly easy to install except that the brackets where the screws go on had to be bent back in order to get a tight fit to our siding (otherwise there was a gap between the light and the siding). We like the look of them; good lights for the price.

These lights are a disappointment… Made of flimsy cheap plastic; even the imitation glass is plastic. I can’t recommend them. Buy something that’s of better quality. These are not going last. I would send them back but they already got installed.

Had to replace as previous ones had metal and we live across from Atlantic Ocean, so they actually fell apart in rust. These look great and am happy. They even came with bulbs. I had to hire someone to install but I think most people (not us) could do it. It didn't take my handyman long. They look elegant and am hoping they'll last fairly well in our salt water spot.

Lightweight, easy to assemble, and install. I’m not an electrician, just watched a couple YouTube videos, removed old lights and installed the 4 new ones. I started at 10 am and was done by 4 pm. I’m 70 years old so there were frequent breaks involved. They’ve been up for about a week in Kansas wind and rain and holding up fine so far. Seem to be a real bargain and you can’t tell they’re plastic unless you touch them.

Bought to replace the side lights beside the garage door. Easy to put together, and a good replacement for older lights. Provide good lighting in the evening. Fit in the same "footprint" as the original lights. Recommend

Not metal and I knew that so if you rather metal lamps then look elsewhere as these are plastic and light weight which is easier for me as I have arthritis in my hands so these lamps are perfect.Everything is there to put it up.Thank you very much.I highly recommend this seller and products.

This definitely is not chic. Lol. It can be mounted both going up from the mounting box and down from the mounting box. The "glass lense" is plastic and may discolour over time? I like the plastic as it won’t rust.
