I have a 100 lb heavy bag in my garage and my daughter likes to hit it but it is too hard for her. I got her this little bag, and we stuffed it full of her old stuffed animals she doesn't use anymore. She loves taking out her frustrations on this bag. I love that it is the right size for her. It hung easily and is very durable.

This bag is pretty decent. I really like the color combination of it. It puts me in a mindset of punching the bag. The bag is a bit smaller than I imagined, but it’s still OK to get a good workout in. The overall quality is good, however, it does have a lot of loose threads around about it. It has a zipper up top and it’s pretty easy to open and add things inside. It also pretty easy to add the hooks onto the bag to hang it up. I did put a heavy blanket inside. I do recommend something heavier like sand because it doesn’t move around as much and it can absorb a blow much better than something that’s of a lighter type material. With a lighter type of materials, I noticed that the hooks can easily come off of the bag because it’s not as weighted down as it would if it would have sand inside. So keep that in mind when filling these bags.
