I replaced a Moen 1200 cartridge with this one...easy install..I added a little silicone grease...went from an old leaky faucet that you really had to tug on to turn on... to one that works like a Breeze..well worth 15 minutes of your time! Wish I'd done it a lot sooner.

Have only used the cartridge for about a week but so far no problems. Less expensive than Moen brand at a much lower cost.

These worked out great for replacements. I did buy new moen chalet handles and one of them broke when installing it. Not sure if it was the oversized brass or plastic on the handle. These operate very smoothly no more slamming the valve shut. The only thing I didn't like about it was the hot water seemed very easy to engage. E.g. just a small bit of rotation past vertical and it was scalding. The heat setting on then water tank was never changed so it had to be this valve. All in all, worth the purchase.

I find this item to be better than the Moen Brand. It was easy to install - a perfect fit - and the faucet now works easily with no leaks.

I recently replaced the cartridge in my Moen faucet, and I couldn't be more pleased! The fit was perfect, making installation a breeze. Most importantly, there have been no leaks since the installation, which gives me great peace of mind. The quality of the cartridge is outstanding—it's durable and operates smoothly, enhancing my overall faucet experience.I highly recommend the Moen cartridge for anyone needing a reliable replacement. It fits perfectly, eliminates leaks, and delivers excellent performance. You won’t be disappointed!

Was easy to use and much cheaper than hiring a plumber. Any one with basic fix it skills can handle within 15 mins.

Installing a replacement core valve in these Moen faucets can be a little difficult. A YouTube video shows you how, and is correct. There are several pieces to take apart, so be sure to keep them in the order that they were taken apart as shown in the video if you’re new at this. Once apart, the video says all you have to do, once apart, is to simply pull up on the old valve core and insert a new one.If the valve is old, as ours were, they have been in service for 15-20 years, so the old core is pretty much locked in place with calcium or whatever, impossible to remove… Moen makes a “puller†for this common problem, so without the puller, it is nearly impossible to get the core out of an old valve. The puller is available on Amazon for a reasonable price, and oftentimes, sold together with the valve cores.Good luck, and hope this helps!

Fast delivery, excellent price, and smooth installation. They need to supply better instructions, however.
