I haven't checked the true TIR on these directly with my 0.0001" Compaq DT indicator, but the trained die maker and watchmaker's eye says these run very true in the range they claim. The quality is very good both on the actual tools as well as the packing. Critically the laser etch even on the largest one where it has the least area is very well done and clear and legible without being poorly lasered. These are the best set of affordable precision ER16 collets I've found that cover the true full range of the size including even the special 13/32" size most sets don't include. Highly recommended. If I remember to stick a DTI on them to test the run out I will update review.

Collets are generic looking, with no on product branding as shown in the product photos. Invoice states .0001" TIR Collet packaging states .0002" TIR. It looks like they changed their listing to .0001-.0002 tir after my purchase. Also the description stated USA 100% quality control. I don't believe that these are made in the USA and by the plastic wrapper they were not opened for inspection before applying the label. The collets appear to be of decent workmanship and the size etching is clearly readable.
