Easily trims to size to fit trucks with smaller width front bed rails. NOTE: To determine if you need to use a Front Rail Seal 6ft, measure the difference in height from the truck's side bed rails (including, if any, bed rail caps) to the truck's front bed rail. If the height of the gap is .250" or less install Super Cap Seal XL only. If the height of the gap is from .251" to .487" install Front Rail Seal on the cap's front base rail and install Super Cap Seal XL 20ft on the cap's side base rails. If the height of the gap is extra-large, from .488" to .875" install Super Cap Seal XL 20ft or 23ft on the cap's front and side base rails and install Front Rail Seal XL on the truck's front bed rail. As long as you cleaned the surface before you apply it you will have no problem with it staying where you put it. Note make sure you have it where you want it as pulling it off once applied firmly will not be good to have it stick again. I love this seal and look forward to never having to do it again. Only thing is the cleaning wipes are not enough to prep it I used acetone after wire wheeling as mine was an older camper shell. Buy it, prep it clean and you will love it. P.s I did not put my camper shell upside down to put it on.

Customer service is terrible. Will not buy anything from this company again. ESI apparently CHARGES RETURN SHIPPING AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE on all items if returned. Buy a similar product from literally anyone else, don’t waste your money here.

I just installed this on a custom topper and it looks very promising. The material looks and feels high quality and the adhesive seems very sticky, although very thin. it shouldn't matter too much considering it will be under compression for most of its life. it came with cleaning pads and simple instructions that were useful in cutting the corners. I have yet to check its seal on my truck but I'm sure it'll work considering how thick and spongy it is.

I camp in the back of my truck, having installed fabric on mostly everything, waterproofing is a huge issue, no one likes waking up to a wet sleeping bag after a night of rain!After trying a handful of other weather stripping and truck bed seal products, I think I've finally found something that works.When I held the roll in my hand I knew it was a quality product, plenty heavy and a high quality feel. The product maintains its "sponge" when sealed under the truck cap, unlike a weather stripping product which inevitably compresses to a thin strip of nothing.The added bit of butyl-rubber type compound (think sticky-tack) is a great addition for cramming into those tiny holes and corners which are otherwise impossible to fill.Make sure you clean the mating surface with alcohol or acetone to get the best results, I found the small alcohol pads weren't quite enough, but that they added them to the kit at all was a nice touch, everyones got some rubbing alcohol laying around the house anyways.SO happy with this great stuff, well worth the price.
