My husband is turning 50 this year and has started having stiff, hurting knees. He says this is a life saver. He sits in his chair, turns the tv on or plays on his phone, puts his feet on the pedals while this exerciser does all the work. He has told everyone that will listen how much he loves it and that it is a, "Game Changer!" There was no assembly required. The remote and buttons aren't really self explanatory so we just pushed buttons until it ended up at the speed he wanted. I didn't see much in the way of instructions but my husband is one who just wants to turn it on and it work and for him that's what it does. It increases circulation and he insists that the movement keeps him from being stiff and sore.

Love this chair elliptical machine! I am 68 years old, starting to have hip and knee issues and this machine has helped me to improve my mobility limitations. Variable speed, not too heavy to move around, sturdy and fits perfectly under my desk. Has many features to track your progress. Only downside, the unit stops after 30 minutes. No problem, if I want more time, I just start it up again.

Bought for hubby to gain strength after being in the hospital and he really liked it...and used it. Assembly was easy and it is not too heavy for me to move from the livingroom to his office to put under his desk to use when he is in there. It helped him gain his leg strength back so he could walk unassisted again, I am so thankful for it!

This was purchased for my mom who is in a wheelchair, she had problems manually using other versions because her legs were too weak to pedal. This one does it for her and she can adjust the speed. There has been a great improvement in her leg strength since using it.

So, the machine is good, but the electric cord (the part that goes into the machine is loose, so it keeps slipping out and so the machine stops running... you can play with it, and it will work again, but it's annoying that brand new it has this issue!
