I bought this for my wife to help her with her stability after a stroke a few years ago. This has really helped. You can adjust speed and when time is up it automatically slows to a stop. I would highly recommend.

This thing is whisper quiet! So far I've used it four times on the 30-minute setting, and the remote control makes it absolutely much more fun and easy! I had to use the straps to hold my feet in place because I like the higher speeds so if you intend to use this with higher speeds be prepared to use the velcro straps which are provided! So far I absolutely love this!!

It is heavy and hard to move. It works better backwards. There are no directions for foot straps.

I had my knee replacement 1 year ago and because of bad weather could not go outside to Walk so my knee didn't stiffen up brought the machine and it has help I noticed that my knee is moving better.
