I’ve had several level 2 chargers for my Chevy Volt and this one is by far the best. I love the slim design and all of the information it provides on the front of the unit. It has a well designed, easy to install mounting bracket that the main unit slips into and a wall mount for the charger to sit in while not in use. The price is a really great value for the quality.

I like that it has a delay start feature so that it will not automatically charge as soon as plugged in. I set ot to start during reduced electrical cost hours.

It seems to work from what I can tell. I knocked off a star because the cable is pretty stiff, especially when compared to the charger that came with my 2018 Tesla (which I'm preparing to sell for political reasons, and replace with an EV that uses J1772). I tried it both set to 24A and 32A, both of which worked on a circuit with a 30A breaker, which surprised me a little. I'm not using the included wall mount as it seems fine just hanging from the 14-50 outlet, which isn't in a good orientation for mounting the charger on the wall. And I already had a hose hanger to hold the cable when I'm not charging.

I bought this to use with my '25 Mazda CX90 PHEV, and so far, I am really happy with my decision. The Mazda limits charging speed so I didn't need anything overpowered. The build is solid and charges the CX90 PHEV as fast as possible. Mazda seems to be partnered up with ChargePoint but this was a much better deal for me at around $150 on sale vs the charge point at $600. I don't need an extra app when I can set charging hours on the car and receive remote updates through Mazda's app.

I like that it does charge my car three times faster than the outlet as advertised. I’ve been using this for over two months on my 2024 Mitsubishi outlander hybrid just be aware you will need an adapter if you’re using the regular fast outlet that usually connects to washers and dryers and adapter for this.

I have only had this item in use for 6 weeks and it will not lock into my car anymore. I can no longer use it because without locking it will not charge my car. I tried to contact customer service and no result. Something this expensive should be backed up by the seller and the site.
