it' hard to find a 1/10 pad with a reasonable price.Everest Shoulder Pads, Black, 1/4-1/10 (EZ-1A) is a good fit with good quality. However the clip is a bit of flimsy but if you twist it hard it would be OK.

Good fit. Only thing I would change is to make the pad a bit softer.

Wow this fits perfectly and it’s soooo comfortable!!! I wish I had one of these growing up. It’s a nice thick padding and very easy to put on or off the violin. I love it!!

My daughter loves her new shoulder rest: it is blue! she loves the unique fun color and mostly the comfort compared to her older KUN. Also price wise, it was a great purchase.

Really good shoulder rest, we have a collection of black, pink and green now for all different sizes violins, as both of my children play. We have been through Wolfe, Kun, Bon musica, Viva la musica, sponge, Fom over the years. I can honestly say that Everest is the winner for us so far, although also liked Viva la musica on my daughter's 1/8 size violin in the past.

My daughter had been using a sponge attached by a rubber band as a makeshift shoulder rest. However, on graduating to a ¼ size violin, her music teacher recommended this product. My daughter has been using this rest for over a month now. In summary, the pros and cons are as follows:Pros- it really does stay attached to the violin – it hasn’t fallen off even once- it does help in achieving a good violin posture – much better than a sponge- it’s easy to put on and take off (after a few practice tries)- highly adjustable so it’s possible to get the right fit for the player- very comfortable given the soft neoprene contact surface and the ability to customise the fit- adjustable for children’s violins from 1/10 size to ¼ size (wish I’d bought this for my daughter when she first started playing a 1/8 size violin)Cons- it’s very hard to fit the rest in my daughter’s ¼ size violin case. If you’re not meticulous in storing it in the case, it’s very easy to lose.In conclusion, although this product is more expensive than competitors, I can vouch for how well it works. Highly recommended – but buy it at the 1/8 violin stage so as to get the full value from it.
