Works well for wiring pass through. It will not be a completely watertight pass through, but it does dress up the opening and keeps the cables in place and away from sharp edges around the hole. The round hole size in my boat console is nearly two inches and this covered it completely, as advertised.

This grommet fit my 2 inch jagged hole that I drilled to run my wiring loom for my depth finder. It is protecting my wiring while closing up around the wiring. Helps keep the rain and other splashed water out.

Good grommet for smaller cables. Seemed that about 3 cables were all it should control. It does provide a clean look for your cable outlet.

Well made! This is single molded piece. The rim is stiff but somewhat flexible. The flaps are more flexible. I needed a split grommet to enclose existing cables. This worked perfectly, after a snip with heavy gauge cutters. My application was not perfectly round and the snipped rim was pliable enough to accommodate 1/8" off round.

I use these very often when rigging boats. These work great to cover up a big hole and give a nice finish to the hole in the fiberglass where wires for a trolling motor of graph may be. Fast shipping!

The screw holes are exactly 3in on center. So if you try to cover a 3in hole the screws will not have anything to bite into. The OD of the grommet is 3.52in, the ID of the outer ring is 2.50in. This grommet would be appropriate for a 2.5in hole.
