The moss was well-preserved and well packaged. It arrived safely, not broken up more than advertised/expected. It was fluffy and soft, not too dry nor crumbly. The cardboard box it came in is thick with the right amount of protective space. It's what's being used to store it now. The color in the photo matches what I received. Would definitely purchase again.

The package came with mix moss. Not only the kind depicted on the pic. You will get less of the moss you want and a big piece of random moss you did it ask for

When I first opened the box I was very excited looks good. Then when I added water the moss made everything green like if i was playing with paint. I had a beautiful white planter that completely got ruined with this moss. I cant even get the green off my fingers. Very disappointed.

I didn’t even remove the plastic wrapping from the box. There was a strange, purple powder all over the box itself, inside the plastic. I immediately returned it.
