Hydrometer works well, plastic beaker was cracked when arrived but not in a spot that would lesk.

Only used twice so far, but working well. The test jar is in 2 pieces, which makes it easier to store once the bottom is unscrewed. Hopefully it won't become leaky down the road, but only time will tell. The hydrometer was spot on in distilled water and is easy to read. I would recommend this product.

I bought this one as a backup. I try to keep 2 on hand incase one broke and it did. I quickly moved this one to my main one.

first of triple scale hydrometer is a very well made product, it is glass however so care must be took not to break it. the test jar on the other hand, is a flaming piece of junk. its a 2 piece design, you thread the base on the beaker, which leaked from day 1 by the way, used it yesterday and screwed the pieces together a little tighter to avoid leakage as mentioned, come back 5 minutes later it was in pieces...... save your money, buy glass.

Love the product but the test cylinder came cracked. The hydrometer is in good shape. Am I able to get only the test cylinder replaced?

The measuring tube had a little crack but no leakage hence doing its job..4 star for delivery but packaging can improve so that it can take the wear and tear of shipment.

I didn't get to use the hydrometer so I can't comment its performance but the test jar was missing so I had to return it.
