Bought these for my Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. I put them in all of the boxes, no matter the age because they can be used to scribble/color in by the little ones, to draw pictures in for the older kids, and even to use a journal/diary.

I bought these to decorate the cover with collage using mod podge and they tuned out great! I thought they were very quality for the price. The paper is unlined and feels like a good thickness thicker than lined paper.

Convenient A5 sizePaper is nice and smooth, I have done some pen sketches and have not had any bleed through. Carry one everyday for the doodles, and sketches. Now my Daughter and I both carry one!If you know an aspiring artist, or a kid that likes to draw. Would make a great gift.

I love these books. They were perfect for my Girl Scout troop project to past in pictures of trees and then allow pages for leaf rubbings. The girls found the bound books to be an easy to hold size while walking through the neighborhood to look at and learn about native Tennessee trees.

The gsm of the paper is very thin so sharpies and markers will bleed, however if you need a sketchbook for loose note taking or sketches these are perfect and minimalist. Even gel pens might bleed so I'd recommend sticking to just pencils and basic ink pens.

I bought this 8 pack of kraft covered blank journals to use in a refillable leather journal. They are well made for the price I paid. I used a fine tip permanent marker to test the pages. It did not bleed through but there was a slight ghosting on the back of the test page. Not a big deal. I would definitely recommend them. I love that the corners are rounded, by far, my first pick for refills.
