I love the simplistic look of this screen. It is unobtrusive. It literally sits flush with my fireplace. It does not draw attention but covers the fireplace to keep the little ones safe. They cannot slip behind it or knock it over like the tri-fold design that sits more out in the floor.
The normal recessed small fireplace in your average 80's home with the pull closed chain mail blinds just looks ugly and dated. I was pleasantly surprised just by adding this to the hearth in front really makes it much nicer looking with no other changes. It's well built, went together easily, and is pretty stable from pulling over.

I have a gas fireplace and my dogs were getting uncomfortably close to the flames when I used it. This screen takes up almost no floor space, looks great, and is easy to use in terms of opening the doors. It’s light weight but very stable and I’m very happy with the product.

Fits my fireplace and I like that it isn't ornate but a simple screen that shows off the fire. It's a lighter weight than the one we replaced. Magnets work well and still easy enough to open the doors. There is a quarter inch gap between the two doors that *might* let an ember through. I'm not too worried about that since we have an extended, raised hearth and a hearth rug. Love the fitted look!

This is a very nice fireplace screen. Big improvement from my tri-fold one I had. Fits perfectly even with the odd size opening I have.

The fireplace cover is well-made and easy to put together. The appearance is professional and simple. The only challenge was to have it lay flat, I couldn’t add the back stabilizing pieces so it is leaning up against the fireplace. But it can’t fall forward so this works well. The size and weight were accurate.

The dimensions were absolutely perfect! We also purchased the tools and log holder as well. Amazing quality. Much more than what we expected, especially at that price point. We are completely satisfied.

Handles and front feet went on well. The rear feet were another story. When tightening the wing nut on one of the rear feet the part broke as shown in the pictures. I’d love a replacement part for it. Overall seems very cheaply made and flimsy. Not worth returning at this point.

I was hoping this would have a bit more weight to it, but it's pretty light/hollow/tubular. But still, compared with the (arguably more decorative) traditional fire screen we had, this is much nicer to access the fireplace for cleaning and adding logs. Opening and closing a door beats moving the whole fire screen any day.I couldn't fit the rear feet as there is a slight step between the hearth and the firebox, but that doesn't matter as it is supported by the front wall of the fireplace anyway. I also put some wool pads under the front feet so stop the screen sliding on the hearth (which if it was heavier would be unnecessary).

This looks good but is flimsy. Opening a door results in the whole unit moving and it just doesn’t feel secure. If you’re used to heavy-duty fireplace inserts, this will not feel like that. This is definitely the Alibaba of fireplace inserts.
