The mushroom nuts were a little small so I got two 8mm stainless washers from the local hardware store and now you couldn’t ask for a better fit. FYI. Metric washers have a smaller o.d. than a similar sized imperial washer.

Nicely made but the description says "[EASY TO INSTALL] Screw fastening, but pls note that hardware is not included, you need to use your original mushroom nuts and studs that have 1.58-2.1†center distance" but the nuts that come with Penn Reels have a smaller head than the holes. Useless...

This clamp is best suited for size 30 and larger reels. The clamp hole spacing is generous and accommodates a variety of reel seats sizes. The clamp is anodized block aluminum and the hook keeper is a nice bonus. Good value reel rod clamp IMO.

The price for one is expensive. Also the fit description is also misleading. I must say the quality so far is great. I wish they would include the screws mentioned in what is needed. Hard to find stainless if you lost one. Big Box..... lol.

It's a fingernail too big. The clamp feels very durable. I knew what I was getting into when I ordered. I was the first to see if it would fit a Daiwa Saltist 40H. I'm writing to let you know it doesn't fit.
