I was sent the wrong product initially. I returhed and was refunded. It was easy. I purchased again and was sent the right and newer version. This pan is now my everyday pan. It is easy to cook with. Easy to clean. Non-stick at the right pan temperature. Very good browning. Excellent fond formation for delicious sauces and gravy. Thank you Fissler and Amazon!

If you look for a high quality pan it is a good choice but I think it is too expensive in general. So I took one star off because of the price.

This is a fantastic piece of cookware. It looks beautiful and the meat doesn't stick if you use it according to the instructions. It is easily cleaned (I have used it only on a gas stove so far, and not in the oven).I bought the lid separately.

Wir verwenden FISSLER PROFI-Produkte seit ca. 10 Jahren. Die Artikel sehen aus wie neu, daher sind wir sehr zufrieden. Vor einem halben Jahr haben wir eine WOLL-Pfanne gekauft, die hat nur 6 Monate gehalten, die Pfanne hatte eine spezielle Schicht, um ein Anbrennen zu verhindern, aber sie ist nicht mehr da. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden, auf eine Edelstahlpfanne umzusteigen, und da es bei FISSLER keine Probleme gibt, habe ich deren Produkt natürlich die PROFI-Serie bestellt! Auf diese Weise zu kochen ist etwas anders, aber wir werden versuchen, uns an das Kochen in einer Edelstahlpfanne zu gewöhnen.Die Pfanne kam ausschließlich in einer Fissler-Markenverpackung verpackt an. Aber es kam unbeschädigt an. Das Gewicht der Pfanne beträgt 1,8 kg. Bei der Bestellung dachte ich, es wäre ohne NOVOGRILL-Oberfläche, aber es kam mit NOVOGRILL-Oberfläche an.Ein großes Dankeschön! Jetzt werde ich versuchen zu lernen, wie man es benutzt.
