These are very cheap, for good reason. They do fit in the empty container of the original litter genie refills. They rip very easily (quite a few messes after being “doneâ€). The plastic is a lot thinner than the original brand, and I swear the length they advertise is not correct. Since it doesn’t keep the smell at all, I would rip a new bag every time, I did this three times and the roll was done. Thought about double lining it to see if it made a difference, but that’s so much work and it takes a little bit of time to put the roll in the container. Buyer beware, it’s cheap for a reason. I’m going to stick with the Target brand

The bags are sturdy enough. However, I have not been able to put the ring of bags in the original litter genie cassette holder. So I just cut the bag to the right length, tie it at the bottom, and pull the top up to the lid. Gather it slightly and it usually won’t fall down. Hold the side of the bag while scooping the litter into it.

What a savings - make sure that you keep at least one of your empty containers that held the other bags to use!

Yes these are incredibly affordable, but when you swap the bags have a spare trash bag around because they will rip and spill the litter out. Do not try to carry the bags to the trash in the blue plastic. You will regret your choice.

The Fit for Litter Genie Refill Bags worked well for me, even though I have a generic insert. Note that the company recommends the original insert, and I do think this would be a better choice if you have one as the generic option didn’t snap back into place as typical. I was able to tape it, though, and it works fine that way, though when this runs out, I’ll get an original one to make swapping these bags out seamless.The bag material is thick, thicker than the generic ones I’ve been using and on par with the original cartridge bags.I’m very pleased with these and looking forward to the savings they offer, particularly since the original bags for two cats can get quite costly.

Very bad plastic, doesn’t stop smell, not at all recommended. Overall length is very small and it didn’t even last for 65 diapers.
