Uniformly distributed zirconia abrasives
The uniformly distributed zirconia abrasives provide a more constant level of finish than standard fiber discs. Premium grain for heavy duty applications and longer working life. For use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Great at grinding, blending, deflashing and stock removal.
Thicker and more durable
Thicker thickness of our flap discs makes sure a good wear resistance and longer service life. Between 40-60% more material than standard discs, our high density discs are provide a longer life and softer grind. The thicker design conforms to irregular shapes, which is ideal for working on curved surfaces.

I love these things! They strip paint, or whatever fast without the hassle and mess you get with sandpaper. They last fairly long, if you dont bump the edge of the disc on something while using it. That tears them up pretty fast I've learned.

These have become one of my best utilize tools. I am currently working Alot with rebuilding cabinets, and sometimes when rebuilding cabinets , I need to reuse the existing frame, or fix a frame . Great for sanding down aggressively to get material smooth. I can also sand down either nails or staples, sometimes even left over glue, so that I can work on putting the cabinet together rather than trying to remove a nail from a location. My go to when doing coping as it removes material very quick. Will keep ordering this because you can't beat the price . And so far I've had no complaints with how long they last compare to a home improvement warehouse , which would only get you 2 disk and here you get a packet.

received my order fast and not accurate, my mistake, 4 1/2 in and arbor was wrong, ,should have been 4 in with 5/8 arbor, my mistake,,good product though. thanks
