The flapper on my toilet started to slowly leak causing my toilet to run on and off periodically. This is the exact style of the flapper that was on my toilet and I was able to replace it without any issues. I just popped the old one off and popped this one on. Now my toilet isn’t periodically running to refill the tank.

Have ghost flushing so I'm changing out the flapper, hope that takes care of it. This is an awesome flapper. BUT the directions don't tell you how to adjust the settings for water flow. I had to look it up on YouTube, ridiculous! The video showed how you have to manhandle the thing to release the doohickies so you can set it where you need to. I had to use pliers!! Covered the flapper up with cloth while doing this, so I wouldn't break it. Managed to finally get it apart and set it to the correct setting (8, for American Standard, which the directions did bother to mention). So far, so good, no ghost flushing yet!

There was nothing obviously wrong with the old flapper, no damage, no build up of calcification. Still, it leaked. This one arrived within days. Took minutes to install and fixed leak. I’m very pleased with this product.

Got product in time and got what I ordered , however came with packaging opened , but packaging included in box . So I am not sure if product was new in package or previously purchased and returned. Lisiting suggested new product. So hope it was
