After leaking problems with my original hose, the seller contacted me and replaced the hose at no cost. Renewed my faith in them. Very few businesses with that kind of customer service any more. Stand by their warranty!

This is my second Flexi hose. I’ve had one for 2 years now and love it, so I bought the longer one for the side of my house. I also have another brand , that after a year the nozzle is leaking like crazy, so if you want a flexible hose with a great nozzle get this brand.

After just two weeks and maybe 10 uses the hose broke, the hose portion felt like to snapped and water came flowing out the middle. This was a lightweight and long hose that we really enjoyed and we are so disappointed!!!

Light weight even when filled with water, never kinks or gets tied up, but over time springs leaks, not sure why because the leaks are in different spots

I recently purchased a regular garden hose from Lowes that was a disaster. It was stiff and kinked every few feet. I am disabled so when I bought a flex hose my life just got easier. Watering is no longer a chore.

This hose was terrific before it shredded in one year & 1 month.We weren't even dragging it down our stone steps (we have a heavier hose for that).Because of the seasons here we got exactly 5 months use out of it.Awfully expensive to shred in 5 months.
