The only bad thing I can say is the way the ends are connected to hose make them rather bulky compared to other air hoses I have. Other than that so far they have been great. This 3/8 I. D. Hose has the same putter dimension as my 1/4 I. D. Hose. It rolls up nicely, do not kink, is very light weight and at $37 is very cheap compared to my local hardware store at $60.

I have used several different air hoses and I come back to Flexzilla as my preferred choice. Extremely flexible in all temperatures, repairable if needed and they last!

Purchased the air hose and love it. It's lightweight, very flexible and kink free. I did have a small air bubble develop in the hose, so I contacted the manufacturer and gave them the basic information they wanted. With no questions asked, they are sending me a new replacement hose. The manufacturing company, Legacy Manufacturing, was absolutely great to work with and the hose is well worth the money.

I used spring type hoses for 20 years because I didn't like the old heavy ones that were a pain to move about. But the spring type were a pain because I would always get them tangled. This is the hose of the future(lol). It's light, it bends, and doesn't get tangled. But I'm still old school. I put a nice set of rugged brass fittings on it and it works well with of of my old stuff.

This is the second (a longer) hose I have bought like this. They are extremely light but don't give me any reason to doubt their durability. Time will tell. I can't swear to that. I am not using a hose reel so can't say how well they will work with one but I don't see why that wouldn't be fine. The machined ends are well machined with excellent protection against bends at the fittings. These are noted as steel but feel lighter, almost like plastic but that can't be. I don't see any durability of these ends with the protection provided. The hoses don't try to recoil themselves even new out of the packaging. I like these so far, very much.

I have now been using this in my garage and outside in all conditions and it has been excellent.Best part is it remains flexible well below 0 and lays out flat without all the loop hazards of my other air lines. I use a hose reel and it comes out straight and flexible and just lays out flat. Winds back up just as easy.Air flow is good and I noticed an improvement in available pressure at my HVLP gun regulator over my previous 3/8 hose which was a pleasant surprise.I do not use an auto-oiler with my airtools as I oil them direct after use so I cannot comment on oil buildup. I do not want to contaminate the line as I also paint with it.The hose cleans up quick after painting which was an unexpected bonus.The ends can be re-used also.I'm very impressed. This hose makes running out airlines easy and unless you have worked with frozen air lines that roll out like concertina wire you will not appreciate how awesome this hose is.

These air lines are ideal to run as a lead line to a manifold. They are a bit heavy to run directly to nail guns especially in a roofing application.We have had good success using them in the extreme cold. I will continue to purchase Flexzilla air lines.
