My 12x12 tent top torn. This is the *only* product one can find from Amazon.The picture looks weird. The cloth top looks too flat. My frame has the same proportion as a pyramid. So the cloth will not fit well. It turned out the actual cloth has a lot more height. It fits my frame with enough slack. That I have a water retention problem.The velcro straps are aligned to the grommet holes. So the cloth near the grommet holes are not sagging. So the water doesn't drain freely down the holes. Water accumulates nears the centers of the 4 edges. It's very heavy. The cloth can torn.So I added 4 holes where it sags the most by the weight of water.The picture shows the water drains effectively from the new holes .

This replacement cover was just what i needed. Before purchasing, I had read other reviewers opinions. As some stated, it is a good fit, but tight fit. This was the case with mine as well. Took a little extra muscle and stretching, but the tool supplied with the cover was very helpful with the stretching. All in all, good, inexpensive alternative cover for my gazebo.

The size 12 x 12 was difficult to get a replacement for. Ours had a pop top but the fabric was attached to the top and riveted to posts. This was the only replacement that was close to our style. I don’t know why the manufacturer of the original doesn’t sell replacement canopies. Very few of the Velcro match the frame so it isn’t secure. We put it on but on a mildly windy afternoon 2 hours later it was flapping around. I will make it work, but I’m not happy with the fit and in general the lack of replacement canopies available.

States 2.5m as the size and on the box. Contents are at least 3.5m in length making this absolutely worthless as it will never fit. Sort out your description!
