This sifter has the double layer to get a true fine flour just like grandma had ! Great price, 3 cup sifter and rust resistant. Feels expensive !

This sifter took way too long to sift flour. My hand tired out easily and took a long time to get small amounts of flour. Additionally, it didn't mix the dry ingredients well as it sifted. I am going back to the traditional sifter with the hand crank that I have had for 35 years. If something works and lasts that long, I was foolish to try a new design.
