My daughter is the musician in the family, so I've got to go by her word on this one. She says that this is a pretty standard rod and cleaning cloth for the flute that are pretty much the same as what came with it. So it's a good replacement set if the original get lost or especially dirty.

Doesn't work on my sopranno recorder as pictured. It's too thick. This might work on flute but it won't work on a soprano recorder without getting stuck. I even cut off a tiny piece of the cloth in the hopes that it would be small enough but the rod will get stuck even without any cloth in it. I eventually got it out but I don't think I cam return it anymore for a refund because I had to cut the piece off of it inorder to fit so I'm just stuck with a rod I can't use for anything.

the shipping was super fast. im so glad this came in as quick since i move i couldn't find my other rod, but this works wonders and its inexpensive. makes cleaning easy !
