Hopefully you don't need any instructions because these are laughable (see picture). Clearly this product isn't produced locally and, honestly, I think Google Translate would've done better!!!! That being said, the blade is nice and sharp - I was able to cut through a branch that had grown up through a plastic bracket -- I sawed through the branch and the plastic pretty easily and didn't need to use any muscle. It folds up nicely (and safely) for storage. I can see how this would be good for camping.

Don't have any photo's unfortunately because I just left it on the mountain. If you are looking for a Camping saw for Backpacking or Multi Day Trips this is not the one, from what I can see there are no good cheap options on amazon so I would just go to your local home depot and get a folding bow saw.Firstly, I will admit that the conditions were horrific, 10Hrs of Rain with 30 MPH Winds and Visibility was horrible on this mountain face no less. Regardless, After needing to use the saw to start a fire and get a bunch of hypothermic guys warm this thing didn't last 30 minutes cutting a log no more than 4 inches thick into sections. What seemed to have failed was the locking mechanism and the plastic that holds it, it simply just wouldn't lock in the straight position to saw properly and wouldn't stay closed therefore being a mess if I put it in my bag open. I honestly would have at least given this more than one star if it was the blade that failed and not the safety lock but that in itself makes this product dangerous for professionals and even consumers who would let their kids use this on a family outing.JUST GO TO HOME DEPOT OR LOWES!

It works decently for cutting tree limbs and such, but it's very flimsy and cheap. After one afternoon of use, it lost the ability to stay closed, so now the blade just flops around whenever the tool isn't in active use. I wish I had spent a bit more money for a nicer and more durable version.

Works like a charm. I guess maybe a bit differnet set up would have been nice because instinctively i grap towards the front of the handle but that is where they put the folding mexhanism. I dont see it as a flaw. Its just maybe my bad. It cut through some old vines roots luke butter. A huge weed trunk took a lot more cutting but still it sawed real good for what it is. I think its a great tool and would still recommend it to anyone looking for a portable saw
