The drill arrived on time and was in a secured container. The price was the lowest and for the size I needed. The quality is good and is an exact measurement. It is very sharp which leaves a clean cut. Would recommend the tool.

Bit does work, but 3/8" hex is wrong. It is actually a 7/16 hex. To most that may not be a concern. But if you are looking to use a bit extension it becomes a problem. Most fostner bit extensions are for standard 3/8" hex shanks, which is what this 4" bit is described to be. But is not.

I bought this bit (2 1/2") to bore through a 6" piece of laminated ash. It cut right through it with little effort on my drill press. Looks as sharp as it was when I started.
