Based on some of the reviews, I was a little apprehensive. I'm pleased to report that both the chocolate and pumpkin spice whoopie pies turned out great. Using a baking spray made the whole process a breeze.

I use for baking cookies and I love that I have perfectly round cookies. I use a scoop to drop the cookies into each well, so that they are all the same size also. The cookies come out easily and the pan is so easy to clean afterwards.

I use this to make egg patties for English muffins, works great, just fill to the brim. This is saving me so much money especially nowadays it paid for itself the first time I used it! A must have.

I finally bit the bullet and bought this pan. I wanted to be able to cook multiple sunnyside up eggs at the same time, and not have them break or burn because of cooking other items for breakfast at the same time.All I can say is that not only can you make a whole bunch of eggs at once perfectly cooked, (preheat to 375F for nine mins) but they are cooked with very little butter/oil and you taste just the egg, similar to a poached egg.very very easy to clean, I do find if I use extra large eggs I need to put some of the whites in a second spot otherwise the whole extra large egg does not fit in one spot and can spill over. IF you only use large, med or small eggs though you will have no spill over.I know I will try the pan for other things like pancakes, cookies, patties, small frittatas, etc. it is so great!

This is my new favourite tray to make Yorkshire pudding except it's terrible to grab on to and hold. Not much place to put your fingers, especially wearing oven gloves.
