I bought them to make breakfasts ahead. If you make the quiche recipe base from the On Cooking textbook you can get 15-21 quiches depending on how full you pour them, what else you put in them, and whether or not you use a crust. They go from freezer to oven to reheat frozen quiches (325°/30 min) beautifully. If you give them a good spray with a high temp cooking spray like grape seed oil everything slides out without much convincing. I don't recommend trying to expand the edges to release what you've cooked unless you don't intend to reuse them because they tear easily when you do that. If you don't do that I'm sure you could wash and reuse them. I'm definitely going to order these again, in the 300 pack next time.

A little thin. But I use them to pour the extra oil from cooking so it doesn’t go into my drain, works perfectly for me.

These are perfect for my small meals since I am dieting. Love them and can just toss at the end!

I buy these baking tins multiple times a month for my bakery business. They are perfect size for individual cakes and brownies. They perform well as a baking tin and are a good value

They came a little smashed but I needed them so I didn't return but I could not even handle them without the bending. They are very very flimsy. They are about the thickness of a sheet of aluminum foil.
