They worked perfectly for mini pies that I made. A little more flimsy than I accepted.

I've made two types of little pies with these now... just used a graham cracker crust recipe to carefully line the inside then adapted a pie recipe as needed to fill smaller portions nicely (I find a normal pie recipe fills around 30-36 of these). After being baked the pies came out of the tins very nicely (could be due to the crust but I think the tins played a big part) so it's easy to warm the pies back up in the microwave. My only con is the tins are weak but I found them easy to work with anyway, or just easily bend back when I pushed something too hard. I strongly recommend these, especially for the price. They are great as gifts or for party desserts.

This product was the right size for the mini cheese cakes I was doing but they were soo thin. Just trying to push for the crust portion was hard bc they just bend so easily. So if you need sturdy I wouldn’t buy these, I was in a time crunch and just made it work.

Egg tarts, banh beo, fruit tarts, mini flan, these work great for them!

I like soup dumplings but did not like steaming them at home on cabbage/lettuce leaves or silicone mats. They always seemed to tear when I would move them to a serving platter. These foil cups eliminate all that and make easy serving soup dumplings.

If you are trying to make mini pies or tarts, this will not work. Those would be good for a side sauce to dip your fries like ketchup. The tins are somewhat flimsy and not big enough to make anything. If you would put in a crust there wouldn’t be room for filling. Even if you could somehow manage to make a pie it would be to small bites at most. If your looking for a small side dish to put sauce in, ketchup, ranch ect these would be perfect, or even samples of something small for people to try these would work.

These were the the size I needed. However, they were very, very flimsy. I had to stack four together, so that I could fill the top one. They're so thin, they aren't reusable at all. They crumpled when the tarts were removed.

I love making the mini pies. They are the perfect 3 but pie. It’s so much better for the kids and adults. No wasted pie, because you can freeze them, too. No more wasted pies.
