The pictures show pink/blue/brown wires, but when you receive them the wires are red/black/yellow. I believe that Red is Pink, Black is Brown, and Blue is Yellow. I just returned and purchased another brand however. Because NHTSA instructions show "connect brown wire to brown wire" etc. so having mis-colored wires makes it a little harder.On a side note unrelated to this specific product - I have a 2011 Ram 1500. and on the third wire it says a pink wire with a green trace in slot 38 of the 40 way connector. My wire was pink, with no green trace in slot 38. I think this is only because I have a Ram, and the instructions were for Durango/Grand Cherokee. You should do the wire in slot 38. Not the pink with green trace wire (which for me was like slot 4 in that connector.)
