Precision Aluminum Fence System

When we were designing this fence, we had a number of customers call in about other manufacturers drill press fences. One of the most pointed out flaws that there was no way to square the fence to the drill bit. The only way to do this with other fences was to shim the front or back until you got kind of sort of close. Now, with the Fulton Precision Aluminum Fence, you can actually tilt the fence back or front using set screws at both ends of the fence! This makes squaring up your fence way easier than ever before! The fence includes a center finding measuring tape to make locating center on your stock easy. The aluminum fence stop is the perfect way to drill holes at the same spot on multiple pieces of stock. When not in use the flip stop can be flipped up and out of the way or it can be completely removed by sliding it off the fence.

That's a THICK table top!

Why such a thick table top you ask? Well in this case, we believe that thicker is definitely better than thinner table tops. Our thicker table helps absorb the natural vibrations caused by drill presses and helps make the drilling process feel much smoother. Thinner tables tend to feel kind of well, thin in comparison after using the Fulton Table Top. Its a full 1-3/8" thick of laminated MDF that is sealed on the top and bottom to help prevent moisture and bowing of the table.

Slotted Factory Table? No Slots on your Factory Table? No Problem!

Unlike many other drill press tables, the Fulton Deluxe Drill Press Table can be mounted to virtually any drill press! With your unique track base mounting system, you can use standard post knobs to mount the table to slotted factory table tops or use aluminum hold downs to clamp the table to non-slotted factory table tops.

Prevent Tear-out and Edge Sand Projects with Ease!

The Fulton Deluxe Drill Press Table comes with two Zero Clearance Insert Plates. The reason we include a second plate is simply because many woodworkers like to drill multiple size holes into the plates for multiple size bits. Another reason is for one plate to be used for drilling while the other can be used for sanding. Simply drill holes that are slightly larger than your sanding drum diameter. This allows you to drop a sanding drum down below the surface of the drill press table to make edge sanding easy. The plates can be rotated after they are drilled for a fresh area for a new hole.

Mounts to Most Any Size Drill Press

The Fulton Deluxe 1 3/8 inch Thick Drill Press Table with Precision Tilt Capable Adjustable Fence System can be mounted to most any drill press from 10" or larger. The table will work on 10" drill presses. When mounted to a 10 inch drill press, the center of the opening on the Fulton Deluxe Drill Press Table will not line up on center with the drill press chuck as it does on larger drill press machines. This means that the largest diameter drill bit you can use without drilling into the Fulton Deluxe Drill Press Table is 1-5/8" in diameter on 10" drill press machines. Larger drill press machines will accept larger diameter drill bits.
