The plastic part was too tight to fit as needed so I removed the rubber and installed it on the old plastic part. It worked fine. I only needed the rubber but it was cheaper to purchase the complete unit than just the rubber part.

Package showed up next day to replace on my snowblower. Just had to remove 7 bolts/screws. I just broke the last one out new one snapped right in connected hose. If I knew how easy would have replaced two seasons ago when the old one started to crack.

I liked the fact that the primer bulb was already attached to the base and I didn't have to stretch it over it, as I had seen in several "how to" videos.

Unlike others, this comes assembled. I tried 2 others and they did not fit and tore in getting the cap assembled. This was assembled and the correct size. The rubber is very flexible unlike the others that were stiff. It's a good value for both pieces arriving assembled.
