This is a nice, thick yoga mat, and it provides great cushioning for workouts. It’s comfortable to use, especially for exercises that put pressure on the knees or joints.If you’re looking for a sturdy, supportive mat that doesn’t feel too thin, this is a great choice!

Good quality mat with a decent amount of give to it. Used it on a hard floor for core workouts and it works wonderfully. The mat is also not too squishy. It is about 10.53 mm thick (~0.4 in.), which is exactly as advertised. The textured grip on the top is a nice touch as well. Did not have any issue with the mat sliding around on the floor when using it, however I did not try using it for yoga only core workouts. The carrying strap works as intended, but is a little bit of a pain to put on. However, I had no intent to use it so that is not a problem in my opinion. Overall, a very nice yoga mat for a reasonable price.

Pros:- This mat is nice and thick which provides good cushion on a hard floor.- The carry strap is a nice touch, although I rarely use it.- Relatively affordable, although in this case you really do get what you pay for.Cons- After one light stretching section I noticed the mat had tears and gouges in it where my finger or toe nails touched. For reference I DO NOT have long nails.- Slippery. I easily slide around on these even when I’m not sweating.Personally, I’m throwing this away and investing a bit more for something more durable and functional.

New Year!! New me (in progress)! I bought this yoga mat for my recently downloaded wall pilates (for women over 40) workouts. No judging! I'm on day 8...BUT this mat is exactly what I intended it for. Perfect thickness makes it easy to roll-up but still provides back comfort during wall pilates. When unrolled the mat takes shape with no curls at the end quickly. No pungent smell or strong odor. Overall: exactly what I needed at an affordable price.

The value for the money here is a no brainer. I got this as a starter mat, because I wasn’t sure how much I would keep up with yoga, and it has served me really well. Since purchasing, I have fallen in love with yoga, and practice enough at this point to invest in a thinner, more expensive mat. This mat provided the literal foundation for my practice, and provided great support as I learned. The strap it comes with feels flimsy, but it managed several long walks to the studio without ever coming undone or slipping. If you’re doing hot yoga, I highly recommend a towel (this mat doesn’t do great with excess sweat), but otherwise this mat is great for beginners, or someone needing a bit more joint support than typical mats provide.

El tapete es uno de los mejores del mercado para hacer ejercicio.Ya sea para hacer yoga, pilates, calistecnia, etc. este tapete es de lo más cómodo que puedes comprar.En lo personal me gustan los tapetes gruesos, acolchonados y este cumple perfectamente.Y con sus múltiples opciones de color, creo que está más que excelente para quien busque un tapete.Además, el producto llegó a tiempo, sin problemas ni daños.
