A+ all the way around on this itemI had spent a lot of time, checking reviews of various chairs before deciding on this one and I’m glad I did.I am beyond impressed and satisfied with this chair. It’s large sturdy feels like the quality you want and looks the part. The assembly was easy, the seat and back padding is soft and comfortable. The base is solid! The reclining mechanism is smooth like butter, and there are even pillows that massages. (Vibrates)I had my doubts but this item surpassed all expectations and I am actually impressed.I bought 2 of these items for my young adult twins and even they were impressed.Product showed up one day late which I contribute to holiday season however the seller was quick to initiate the shipping process, was quick on responding to my tracking details and offered compensation for my unfortunate delayed delivery.So an additional A+ for the seller too.I highly recommend this product and seller if you are looking for a quality gaming or computer chair that looks clean and functions like you want it too... This is the one.

I love this gaming chair you want a comfortable chair this is it’ you want to sit down for a long time without your buttocks and your back hurting, buy this chair if you have cramps at your lower back so when you lean the chair back and you have a heating pad and massage add on is on on baby its a bonus, buy this chair. There is no noise when I move around in my chair. The instructions are so easy and it has everything included in the box. The build qualities is really good is firm but soft so it. This was mine and my boyfriend’s Christmas gift,to ourselves value for the money spot on. The adjustment is not too high, and not too low. Again I can sit down in the chair with my two puppies is so comfy they love it more than I do. Any time I sit down after I come home from work,they’re ready to sit down to.lol I love it. The only thing that may be a negative, for someone else is not for me. I had to tighten up the screw on the right armrest, and that’s only because I constantly lean on. It was barely noticeable, side note ⬇ï¸(I noticed because I’m a neat freak and I can spot a pillow out of place from a mile away lol ) an easy fix because they include the tool to tighten it back up, so that’s perfect in my book. I love it

First off the instructions were clear and the chair was easy to assemble. All parts needed were included. It's firm yet comfortable and roomier than I expected. The leg rest is a nice addition but I'm am tall so my legs dangle off it but it still works for me. The arm rests sit at a nice level. I don't care much for the massage cushion of it but it's a nice extra back support to have and I like that I can detach it if desired. I use the extra neck support often though. Overall it feels sturdy and I'm happy with this purchase.

1. It's A Bit ShortIf you're taller (I'm 6'1") the back is a bit short. It could have used at least 4 more inches. I'm comfortable with a bit of a recline angle, but I'd rather have something that promotes a slightly better posture.2. The handle to the recline bar is too low.Trying to recline requires too much reach to get to the mechanism that allows for it. It's not terrible, but it's a dedicated process. If the handle reached further up or had a better solution than moving your whole body to take you away from engagement from the rest of your environment (keyboard and mouse) it'd be a lot nicer. Just have the lever be reach-able 3-5inches higher would do it.Everything else is great. Comfortable, nice massage unit (though unnecessary, but I have to factor that into the value), and looks good. I like in particular that that arms are connected the way that that headphone cables don't tangle. Yes. this has been a big enough issue for other chairs. Headrest is mediocre though. I use a different one from a previous chair that is shaped more like a bowtie than the delta that comes with this chair.So recommend but not perfect. Slight finickiness to use, and need a better pillow.

Oh my gosh yall! This chair is SO STURDY! AND SO COMFORTABLE. I absolutely love the recline and the massage and the foot rest. It took about 20 mins to assemble super simple 1 tool assembly. Absolutely love it!

This chair is disappointing. The parts don't fit tightly, and it constantly comes loose, making it far from comfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. On a positive note, the customer service is excellent and very helpful. However, after just a few short months of use, I can confidently say it’s not worth the money.

Bought two of these. One for me and my wife. It seems one of them got lost in transit. The company graciously honored our Black Friday sale and sent us another for the same price. We love the chairs. They are comfortable and sturdy and affordable.
