These wicks burn great, but you must manually twist the knob to the left to shut off the heater. No big deal for me, but some people may not appreciate losing this feature. Only takes 5-10 minutes to replace the wick.

I’m disappointed in the quality of wick first time using it height of lightened wick diminished significantly. To point where I couldn’t lowered it to required level with out it beginning to smell and and not be able to heat room.

I'm leaving 5 stars even though I ordered the wrong size, they are good quality, just make sure it's the correct size i needed half the size I got, but might be able to use on 2nd heater..

if you want your heater wick to retract properly go with name brand. these work but the wick has to be manually retracted
