This kit has everything to install the 5 piece mental base and rubber seal including self tapping screws and nice screwdriver but used an electric screwdriver to install it. Takes about 30 minutes to install. IThe metal base sections are easy to line up and screw to the door bottom. I also used WD40 on the metal base grooves to more easily slide seal onto the base.

This is a heavy duty seal. I have only had it installed for a couple of weeks, but the rubber is high quality and so far returns to form with every use.We had a lot of water getting into our garage on one side (from rain) and our seal was 10+ years old. We figured this was the issue and it has absolutely stopped anything coming in.The install wasn't ideal on an old aluminum garage door. Granted this is the first time I've ever installed one, but it probably took about a hour and a half with my wife helping install the rubber. We used some water and dish detergent as a lubricant and that definitely helped as well.Overall, I feel this seal was a incredible value for ~$55 on Prime Day. The others we looked at were close to double in price and this seal is highly competitive.Will try to add more images later!

The product arrived well packaged and contained all components. The aluminum track is sturdy and had no burrs or rough edges. The rubber seal is very supple and provides a great seal against the concrete driveway. I used it on a 16 ft. insulated door & left a 1 in. overhang on each side of the door. Two people are definately needed to install the seal, and an amply supply of soapy water in a spray bottle to assist it allowing the seal to slide in the track grooves. Even with the soap, it still requires a lot of effort to install the seal. I am totally satisfied with this product and would reccomend it to family & friends. The original track & seal was 11.5 yrs old and was not near the quality of this garage door seal. I see no reason this new seal won't last at least as long. Great product for the price!

I was easy to install. I had no trouble installing the rubber seal into the track alone. A little soapy water in a spray bottle. It comes with a screw driver that is useless. Self tapping screws require a battery or electric drill driver.

Before ordering I read the reviews. I was optimistic. My package arrived, I opened it, glanced at the instructions and went to it. Track mounted easy, I used a cordless instead of the included screwdriver. When inserting the rubber seal into the track, I cheated. I sprayed the inside of the rubber seal on both sides so the “inside†of the T was coated, with Dawn Powerwash. Lubed it right up and it slid right in the track. Took a little patience working down the track as I didn’t have help. But it was nothing difficult at all.

Installation was ok until trying to shove the seal thru the 16 separate feet of tracks, that was not easy but got it done; makes sense how it was shipped and installation was 'relatively' simple (4 stars)I'd give (1 stars) to the actual function of the seal, my garage door isn't heavy enough in the down position to complete the bottom seal, still cracks of light showing and I can't manually push the garage door down any further to complete the sealThis product, in my case, is not effective
