Meyer Lemon Tree in 1 Gallon Growers Pot

Meyer lemons, known for their mild acidity and slightly sweeter taste compared to regular lemons, are a delightful addition to any garden. These lemons are a unique hybrid, resulting from a cross between a regular lemon and a mandarin orange. When planted in the ground, our Meyer Lemon Trees have the potential to grow up to an impressive ten feet tall, creating a stunning focal point in your outdoor space.

Planting Instructions:

Planting Instructions for Container:

  1. Carefully remove any packaging from the planter and select a container large enough for the plant (5-15 gal). Select a well-drained soil and fill bottom of the pot. When placing the plant in the pot, check that the existing soil level aligns with the top of the pot (add or remove soil if necessary).
  2. Finish filling the pot with soil and tamp lightly. Place in a bright location that receives at least 6-8 hours of sunlight per day. Citrus trees do not tolerate hot or cold drafts, so keep away from air conditioning and heating vents.
  3. Water regularly but allow the soil to dry out to about 3 inches deep before watering again. Do not over water, but never allow the soil to completely dry out.

Planting Instructions for In Ground:

  1. Carefully remove any packaging from the planter and select a place with the highest elevation and most available sunlight (at least 6-8 hours of sunlight per day).
  2. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Set the top of your root ball even with your ground level, and fill back the soil to the ground level and tamp.
  3. Newly planted trees should be watered regularly for the first three months, if rains are inadequate. The soil should dry down between watering. Do not overwater.

The plant was packaged wonderfully. I vewas amazed at the large size of this lemon tree. It was in perfect conditi extremely healthy. I purchased 2 of these and both were in excellent condition. I typically don't write detailed reviews, but these 2 trees deserve a fantastic review. I live in Southern Maryland and currently have them outside, but will bring them inside when it gets too cold. The tag states these trees are hardy to 30 degrees, but I will bring them inside before it gets colder than the low 40's.I can't wait until it bears fruit. I will add another review in a couple months to note their progress.Thank you for the excellent trees!

Had this lemon tree for approximately 6 months now. It arrived healthy and well-packaged. It was thriving outside in the Georgia heat all summer. It arrived with all of its leaves and in good condition. I moved it inside when the temperatures started dropping, and the temperature change shocked the tree. However, I put some fertilizer on it,and it is now flowering for the first time! I am looking forward to hopefully having some lemons by next summer.

This plant arrived quicker than expected. It actually could have been a problem because we were out of town, I wasn't expecting it so quickly, and our state had a cold front come through. I was so worried, but the box that it came in kept in completely safe! The leaves are green and healthy! I am so excited to see if I'm able to keep it flourishing. I recommend this shop!

Super impressed by the condition my lemon tree arrived in. It was shipped to New Hampshire in January. It arrived, looking like it was fresh from the Florida sunshine. Healthier than what I’ve seen for sale at local nurseries.

It was shipped immediately and when it arrived we were impressed by the health of the plant. And it looks better every day. We also ordered one sent to Denver. It was shipped immediately, too, and arrived in good shape. Price seemed reasonable to us.
