Tank was dented on the bottom when it was unboxed, but rest looked fine so I installed it because I didn’t want to go thru the hassle of returning a large item. Installation was typical for a water heater and with the water in it it didn’t rock much. The hot water did not last long with the thermostat set at the factory settings (wife could not bath, wash hair and shave without the water getting cold). I increase the temperature and she does not have an issue. If I shower right after her the water will start to cool off but if I wait 10 to 15 minutes there is no issue.

Easily installed, quick recovery on hot water. I have never run out of hot water while showering. Great purchase and it is stainless steel.

Does not heat the water. Only lukewarm. Less than two minutes shower time. The certified installer had to change the heating element and turned the thermostat all the way up but still no hot water. Called customer service and Amazon but received no help. Was unable to return so now I have to save money to buy a new water heater locally. Very disappointed in product and very disappointed with Amazon for selling it. Don't waste your hard earned money on this water heater!!!

Installed in the basement below my kitchen, it provides plenty of hot water for sink and dishwasher. Also, good for a quick shower. If you are not a big hot water user, this unit should suffice.
