I purchased these to use with an existing pair of snap ring pliers I have, but unfortunately they did not fit since the shaft is to small to allow a tight fit. That is on me for not checking the description properly. I ended up getting a new set of pliers they do fit. Given the price I decided to just keep these since I will likely lose some over time anyway.That said they are a good set of tips with about every angle you could possible want or need. No hesitation in recommending these to someone needing some spare or extra tips.

Better than the well known name brand tips that came with my pliers. Longer nibs for keeping then in the wholes. Included the thicker nibs for using on clips with the larger holes. ie 22mm, etc. Ordering another set now, and three more pliers (not sure which ones yet), so I can set up two different sets of points for both sizes (I hate having to stop in the middle of a project and change points) I have been given two sets of permanent point pliers. I prefer these. When the ends on the permanent pliers snap off or wear down, and they don't have to wear down much, the pliers are useless unless you want to start grinding (and they'll never go bad at a convenient time, will they?)

The lengths are slightly shorter than the OG proto 380s and the tips for the rings range from slightly larger to much larger depending on the angle. However, this fit my Proto 380 and these work well. Findings replacements were difficult!

Used these after years of use of my original Chanel Lock snap ring plier tips broke. All tips broke after first use. Absolute junk.
