Tool work great. The snaps usually work but a lot of them fail, just like all the cheap snaps on Amazon. My next job I'll spend the money for high quality ones.

The crimper itself is solid, however the included snaps are really junk. They have almost no holding power at all and drive the price of the kit up above the bare tool needlessly as you'll want to buy better snaps anyhow. Save the money and buy a crimper alone, but better snaps separately.

I used this tool to install new snaps on the tonneau cover of my camper. It worked like a charm. Much easier than using the cheaper tool that you hit with a hammer to "peen" the snap in place on the material.
