I am taking a part a mower transmission and the snap ring holes are too small for these pliers. This is the third set I have bought. The only ones I can find that will fit are the cheap fall apart in your hands from HF. These pliers feel good in my hand and the quality is there, they’re just too large for my application.

I have been wanting a set of these since usually I just use a couple of small screwdrivers which is not ideal. This makes removing and installing snap rings easy. Nice that the set comes with a roll up pouch to keep them organized and they have nice thick handles so very easy to grip. For a non name brand these are great for the price. Recommend.

Set comes nicely boxed with a durable rollup tool bag that should last for a long time. There are multiple sets of 4 snap ring pliers available on Amazon. What sets this set apart from the lower priced ones is the quality of the handles. They are not simple flat handles with a thin rubber coating. The curved handles have a thick ribbed surface with hand stops on the ends. You can get a good grip on these which is important with this design. Like most of the competitors there are no locks that engage once you open the snap ring. You must maintain constant pressure on the pliers until you remove the ring.The machining is good, but one of the joints is just a touch sloppy. The spring pressure is good and not over powering. Not sure about the durability of either the tips or how they are attached to the handles, only time and use will tell those stories. The name Toolwize did not immediately suggest quality, but all and all this is a nice set of snap ring pliers

Fast perfekt, aber vernachlässigbar, nicht ganz akkurat. Ansonsten ist das Zangenensemble Spitze!Das vernachlässigbare sind die Spitzen, die nicht ganz so spitz sind als, dass sie auch in die Sprengringe passen, die nur ganz kleine Ösen aufweisen. Ist aber nicht so sehr tragisch, weil alles, was man tun muss, ist die Spitzen gegebenenfalls herunter-feilen bis sie passen. Nur nicht übertreiben - danach hat man einen spitzenmäßigen Satz Sprengringzangen in einer ECHT ROBUSTEN QUALITÄT! Ich brauche die Zangen hauptsächlich, um die Brotautomaten in Freundes- und Verwandtenkreisen wieder funktionsfähig zu machen. Bisher hatte ich schon mehrfach nur Sätze mit 2-3 sehr kleine Zangen, die aber ständig kaputtgingen. Solche kräftige wie diese hatte ich noch nie - und auch nicht gesehen. Diese werden auf jeden Fall bis zu meinem Lebensende reichen. Sie kommen mir auch dahingehend entgegen, weil ich diese Zangen sehr gut halten und mit ihnen arbeiten kann, mit meinen etwas größeren als normalen Bauarbeiter- und Trainingshänden. Und dank der mitgelieferten Tasche mit Klettverschluss kann man sie auch bestens verstauen. Ich bin auf jeden Fall mit diesem Sprengzangensatz zufrieden.
