Nice glass dome makes this such an impressive piece. Big enough for baked goods but also amazing for cheese and meat displays. The wooden base is very nice and solid.

I am using for a Christmas display of some of my ornaments. It does come with a board, but wasn't needed for my purposes. Yes, the glass is a little thin, which works well to see what's inside. I like it!

This cake plate was exactly what was pictured. Glass dome was thick and not a thin glass. Very good quality.

love this but have had it 3 months and the wood split. haven't even washed it, it's been dry and only used once a week to store a loaf of sourdough.

After couple weeks using it, I am glad I choose this one. The dome shape is high and tall. Maximize the volume. Good value and glass is nice and thick
