needed an adapter to adapt LS coolant temp sensor hole in head down to 1/8 NPT for the new autometer sender. Came solid with a small 1/16" hole in it which was a problem. I chucked it up in the vice and drilled the center out until the sender fit threw. Put some thread sealer on the sender and put it in the adapter and then sealer on the adapter threads and threaded it into the head. Works perfect. Great solution to my problem.

Good pressure sensor fitting. It is too shallow for a temp probe. It works great with my glowshift oil pressuregauge, obviously.

The glowshift supplied probe doesn't stick out further than the adapter, so the temp readings end up being about 15 degrees lower than the actual temp.

Used it to troubleshoot an oil pressure problem. It was what we needed and it worked great.

This steel adapter comes with an O-ring and a plastic male thread protector. My magnet verified it is made from steel, but the yellow zinc plating looks good.

This was for a oil guage, I needed one for a temperature guage. I had to drill the inside out and there almost wasn't enough there to drill out.
