Have had Glowshift gauges in my 2002 Excursion for hte last 7 of 8 years. Recently, my coolant temp guage was bouncing all over from 0-300 and everywhere in between. Quick 10 min swap and all is right in the world. There are cheaper units out there but stuck with this one based on history of performance. Highly Recommended!

Snapped the one that came with the kit. I took the blame and just ordered the replacement. I save the broke one to compare to the replacement and there was a noticeable difference in weight. Seemed way more heavy duty. Not sure what’s up with that.

Had to repair damage caused by a tech that wasn't smart enough to unplugging it before they removed it.

I replaced my stock sensor because the wires got kinda messed up, after having the engine in and out of the car, and moving around a lot. I bought some other brand (from Amazon) that supposedly had stronger wires, but it did not read accurately on my glowshift oil temp gauge. It was WAY off. So I got the glowshift replacement sensor, and it works perfectly.

It would be great if glowshift published the technical data for these sensors. A 16 point resistance/temp sheet would be excellent!
