Installation was a pain, even after watching several videos that make it seem easy. I'm no stranger to turning wrenches, and this was a two man job.I did this on a lift with a spare set of hands and some zip ties. Hardest part was getting the belt over the AC compressor and threaded behind the crank pully as shown in the diagram. Once in place, put a few zip ties on, and spin the crank pully clockwise, add another zip tie, spin some more, remove original zip ties, spin some more and it should stretch into place. Replace the serpentine belt while you're at it, it has to come off to get this one replaced and both should last a other 80k miles or more. I only replaced mine at 107k because it was squeezing at cold start below 40 degrees.

Perfect fit 2016 Ford Expedition with the 3.5 Ecoboost, at first after three tries I couldn't get it on, but after watching the right YouTube person it went right on, put it on the back side of the crankshaft pulley instead of trying to install it from the front side and it won't slip off the AC pully, I am 78 yrs. old with very little experience working on cars other than doing oil changes.

Never installed a belt like this before, you to stretch it on the pulley's there is no adjustment or tensioner pulley.Went on easier than I thought it would.
